Usher's New Look Leadership Academy

Summer time is winding down and Mz. Day Day is getting ready for a new season of leadership at Usher's New Look Foundation (UNLF) .   

Being a part of the UNLF is very exciting for Mz. Day Day. She's had the opportunity to meet and learn from a host of industry influences and attend numerous workshops geared towards the entertainment business and attend exclusive events. 

One speaker that has graced the UNFL with his presence was "Mr. Ric Ross.... Capitol Records SE Regional Manager/National Field Director and Music Education Group, Founder/CEO. 

Industry expert in promotion and strategic marketing." He came in and shared loads of information for teens looking to get into the industry.

In April 2013, The Usher's New Look Leadership Academy was also invited as guest to the Fast N Furious Celebrity Race at Andretti Indoor Karting & Gaming. The teens were invited to watch the races between the teams and were welcome to catch a few snap shots on the red carpet.

June 2013 Usher's New Look Camp teamed up with Tanner Smith. 

Founder of Tanners Totes to stuff totes for cancer patients.

UNLC also enjoyed a trip to Six Flags during CAMP WEEK. 

July 11th, 2013 Usher's New Look Camp was  invited to a screening of Grown Ups 2 to celebrate Usher’s New Look Alum Nadji Jeter. Nadji played as Andre Mckenzie in the film. 

There was a Q&A discussion with Nadji after the screening!
